Maine Fur-Baby L.
Honestly, I am not sure why I haven't purchased one much sooner. It is truly a gamechanger with a household of 5 fur-babies. They love doing their business in a clean state everytime. I love no longer scooping a litterbox. So quiet, convenient and easy to empty with minimal effort daily. I deep clean it monthly and that is even surprisingly easy. I am in love with this product.

Edited and updated review- I’m blown away by your thorough customer service. I had a few issues which have been resolved above and beyond what excellent customer service looks like. I can’t thank you enough for helping me in a really difficult time. It doesn’t go unnoticed. You really came through for me.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the liners. The correct liner model has been in stock. It appears a different model was purchased without prior confirmation. We have already sent you an email with the direct link to the correct liners for your unit. Please kindly check your inbox, and feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. We’re happy to help.

I've had the SC02 for a couple days now. It functions great and my 22 pound Maine Coon fits in it just fine. It's very quiet and the gel deodorant tablet is amazing. I can't smell anything! The only thing I have a complaint on is I set up the app on my phone and got everything entered and all that. It recorded overnight how many times it cleaned and weighed my cat. Great stuff. But then on the second day I went to look at it and I had been logged out. When trying to log back in, it said it couldn't find me, my account, my email, my phone number, nothing. So I had to set up my account all over again. I hope that doesn't affect my warranty.
