excellent product

I contacted support reference the warranty they offered. I was contacted back quickly and asked to send a video of what the issue was. I had an issue with holes at the bottom of the drum which was allowing urine/liquid to get trapped and causing the unit to smell. They quickly offered to replace the whole drum and shipped it out in a timely manner. The whole timeline of my first contact to receiving a new drum was less than a week. Very happy with the support I received.

Super easy to order, much better price point, got here REALLY quick! My second meowant so far because my boys have turned using it into a competition. Went larger this time but I haven't opened because we're moving. I'm super excited about the easier access for removing the used bags. I lOVE My first 1, so I'm sure this 1 will have me ordering another large unit soon. I have 3 regular sized boys and really only need to empty 3 times a week with one of the first models. They all took to my first Meowant immediately. Yes, I still get litter on the floor but NOTHING like a litter pan! The larger model is just going to be insurance really. I'll ALWAYS have one of units for cats.

The device was on back order to high demand. I had reached out with a need and they were able to accommodate that need and very timely. It reminded me good customer service does still exist. We have been using the box MW SC10 now for about 48 hours. Set up was a breeze and my 3 cats adjusted within minutes of set up! The app was super easy set up has let me know each time a cat has entered the box, when it’s been cleaned, deodorizer time left, litter amount and thus far all has been working out great compared to having three seperate boxes taking up an entire room or space. I’m glad we did the research and decided on this box. There’s a reason it’s in high demand.

Honestly had my doubts, I've had a litter robot in the past and it did not work for my household, this being a good bit cheaper I figured it would be pointless. It works great, I have three cats using it currently, my senior cat doesn't struggle with the lip where he did with my last auto litter box. So satisfied I bought a second one. Only dislike is the sort of shady nature of pricing, seems to go for about 300 on Amazon and the website but it's "discounted" from 600. I'm sure it works but if they're going for ~300 just advertise that instead, makes a guy feel less like you're trying to trick him

This was the easiest cat litter box to set up. Looks really good but my cats love it. This is my 2nd Meowant box the first one is still in good shape but a regular size box was just too small. The C09 has almost twice the room inside and is very easy for my girls to enter and exit.

I love these litterboxes! This is our third one and they are so great. Easy to manage, easy to clean and we are saving SO much money on cat litter! We go through HALF the cat litter we did before. We bought the third box for our chonky boy who was distressed by the ones with the smaller hole. 10/10 will recommend every time.
