I ordered on the 9th of January and finally got my machine on Jan 30th. I had to contact support several times for them to finally ship me another machine because the fist one I ordered never left the facility. Once we got the litter robot it was well packaged, seems to be well built, and easy to put together. My cats have been using it more then the other litter boxes from different companies. I would recommend the product but advise to keep close track on where and when your product is being shipped.

We love our litter box. But it took almost 2 weeks for our deodreizer refills to be delivered.

I absolutely LOVE all 4 of my meowant boxes! And I would have given 5 stars for my experience but after I ordered my new sc09 I seen that Amazon has them at a lower price.. I would expect to get a better price from the manufacturer.

This is the worst experience. I ordered the cat liter deodorizer which I was happy to see how fast it would arrive however, they sent the package without putting it in a proper shipping box and one of the deodorizers is missing from the pack. The flimsy tab did not secure the package for shipping. Not very smart whoever shipped it from the warehouse. Update The company has in fact resolved the issue. The package was resolved after I provided the photos of how I received the package delivered to me, they resent the items to me and I received the package very quickly and secured in proper shipping envelopes. For this swift resolution I feel that they deserve to have the rating updated. I hope no one has to experience what I did but I trust the company to resolve your issue with care and integrity.

I love the litter box but I ordered more bags and got puppy pads instead! I emailed and I am waiting for answer!

Took longer than it should to be shipped.

Shipping was fast! Set up is simple! Works wonderfully, however many times now when the cat goes to the bathroom the mess gets stuck on the top or comes out of the basket it’s suppose to go into. I have made sure to keep the container empty just to insure it’s not full. I thought maybe it was the litter so I did change to different brand and it still sticks to the top of the box. I guess you get what you pay for as in sense it doesn’t clean well but it does its job.

UPDATE #2- They sent me a new box. It set right up straight out of the box. Now to see if the cats will use it! I’m amending this review to 3 stars, only three due to the extreme hassles. UPDATE- After a few back and forth emails w/customer service sending videos of the issue (not sure they are actually reading mine fully), they have stated they are trying to find a ‘relevant technician’, and I haven’t heard from them in three days. Pretty sure they have ghosted me. I’ll be contacting the BBB Monday. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this machine for a Christmas present, so of course my 30 days is passed for free returns. I have been contacting customer service three times with no satisfaction, only receiving an email stating that they are receiving a high volume of emails. The machine I bought will not work! It won’t even factory reset. I really need customer service to contact me, but I’m starting to think I’m not going to hear from anyone.
