Love product!

We received the litter robot yesterday. It was easy to assemble. Our cats just wanted to play in it so we took one of your advice to put a little of their litter from their other litter box in there. That worked. So far so good!

Ordering was easy, website user friendly.

Great product for the cost

The unit was easy to set up. Came with everything you need such as odor block, trash bags and floor mat. So far so good and at a much better price than the "other" unit of you know what I mean.

We had a minor issue and it was solved satisfactorily

Love our meowant SCO1 litter box. We have 3 adult cats and they all use the same unit with no issues. So easy to empty and no smell! We’ve had it for almost 18 months. Their customer service was so helpful when we had an issue with a replacement part that was damaged by the shipper.

Great communication. Notified me as soon as the product was in stock and expedited the shipping. Very happy with my experience
