Works as intended
The litter box came previously opened and returned from another customer. Upon opening the box I found the side cover of the unit was missing. I contacted customer support and they sent out a new litter box. The box works as intended and definitely cuts down on the amount of litter scooping for my multiple cats, so overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Great product just needs customer service phone number.
I love the product My friend has one so I already knew about it. I just. I just wish their customer service had a phone number I could have called so I could get the second tracking number of my litter box, instead of me worrying for 4 days where my product was that I paid for that USPS had as delivered.

We have already sent you the tracking number for the litter box, and the tracking shows it has been delivered. Item was on sale so great price and it…
Item was on sale so great price and it came quickly. Cats are using it. Very very quiet. So far the only complaint is that the litter sticks to the sides and top at times.

Set up was so easy & I NEED MORE!!
Set up was so easy & I can't believe how quiet the unit is! I have 18 cats & this unit was purchased for ny mom's cat that I have taken in- she's very much a 1 person cat so she now has her own sanctuary in my office! Will definately be puchasing more! Do you have a BULK discount bu any chance as I am looking to get 10 more

On number 2, and going strong!
I had bought a small cat litter box a year ago,and it worked great. But still wanted a bigger opening. So got this new one. Works great!!

Poor customer service/fixex
No email telling me of delivery. Still haven’t received the product. I have one of the older models and it is great, a shame! Poor customer service less far. Will update if corrected. I have heard back since they responded and have sent me a email and tracking number. I was surprised originally as I stated before this is my second one and had no problems. I love the older model and hoping to love her new as much if not more.
