This litter box is incredible, but you couldn’t have put one bag of litter in the box with the litter box?

Delivery of product was great setting it up was easy but it was a bit tough to get it connected on my phone and it works fine the cats absolutely love it and are quite curious about the new addition, otherwise I'm pleased with the purchase of this item.

My organic walnut based litter sticks to the gray mat when they pee. Then wont fall into the disposal area on rotation. What organic based litter do you recommend ? 3 cat household.

Easy to clean and has been a great switch. My cats immediately adapted

The product is OK however they did not include the deodorizer that I purchased. The original purchase order indicated that they would be in the original shipping box so I was confused.

I got the small unit at the beginning of 2026. No trouble setting up and my cat took right to it. Just started buying the cat litter and seems to work well. Like the ease of having the litter delivered. Overall very happy with this product.

Putting together the litter box was easy. Connecting, still having trouble.

It works great and I've learned how to use it properly, aka not over filling the litter and making sure it's sitting on appropriate flooring and not carpet. My issues are with the app since it's ai based. There are very few actual breeds to choose from when setting up the cat profiles. Instead, the list was made up of made up names, nicknames and obscure breeds but not something basic like domestic short hair/long hair and there is no write-in option. The scale will also trigger and record a weight multiple times in one use, like when the cat turns around, so it looks like one cat used the box 15 times in one day when it was actually 6 times
