I was notified when my product was being shipped and when it was delivered but when I received the cat litter is was hard as a rock and the products expiration date was past the date I received it by 3 months. I was looking forward to trying the product but now I’m unsure if I should try again.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear about your concern! I completely understand why seeing the litter hard as a rock would be disappointing. However, you might not have opened the packaging yet. Our cat litter is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness, which makes it feel very hard and solid before opening. Once you open the bag and air gets in, it will become loose and fluffy again! Regarding the date, I think you might have misread it. The expiration date is actually 2028/05/21 (not 2026). As you may have noticed, the production date is 2026/05/22, so the expiration date could not possibly be earlier than the production date!

I have sent several messages in returning this litter box sent videos and photos cat does not like it sent them model number purchase date and delivery date. Need a return label to return so I need someone to contact me in regards to returning.

We received our litter box put it together plugged it in no power. Tried multiple outlets never powered on. I reached out sent email and have yet to receive a reply. Definitely not happy with this experience at all.

Website states there is a 2 year warranty however my device stopped working after a year and 5 months after over a week of emails with customer service the best they would do is tell me I needed a new base and I would have to purchase it because my device was no longer under warranty.

I received my litter box. There is no power cord with it. I emailed the company today. After reading reviews, I’m a little nervous when their response will come and how long it will take to get it!!!!

Hi, we are sorry for the confusion. The power cord is usually placed inside the waste bin within the drum. However, some customers have also found it tucked away in a compartment inside the cardboard packaging. Could you please double-check these areas?
