Albert
Has worked well for me . Went from 3 pads to 1 in first week
Response from MenvaultAug 14, 2026
Hey Albert, This genuinely made our day, thank you! Going from 3 pads down to 1 in your first week is a fantastic result, and exactly the kind of freedom we hope to give. Really glad they're working well for you. Thanks for being part of the Menvault family! Ben, Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

I typically take a large in underwear. The Menvault large are larger than I expected and pretty bulky. They do have a lot of padding.
Response from MenvaultAug 10, 2026
Hey Art, Thanks for the review! You're right that there's a fair bit to them. The All-Day style is built with multiple absorbent layers and a guard, so it does carry more padding than a regular pair. That's very much by design to give reliable protection through the day, though we know the bulk isn't for everyone. If it ever feels like more than you need, drop us a line at [email protected]. We're always glad to help with sizing or point you to a slimmer option. Ben, Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

Hey Kevin, Short and sweet — thank you! "Just works" might be our favourite kind of review, because that's really the whole goal: fit, comfort, and nothing to think about. So glad they're delivering that for you. Thanks for choosing Menvault! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

As a result of colorectal cancer I had a supre pubic catheter inserted in my abdomen. Unfortunately I suffer from bypassing and had been using padded pants. Having tried the boxers I was so impressed that I have purchased a further four pairs. They do exactly what it says on the label.
Response from MenvaultAug 9, 2026
Hey there, Thank you for sharing something so personal with us — it truly means a lot. After everything you've been through, knowing the boxers made a real difference and impressed you enough to order four more pairs is genuinely humbling to hear. That's exactly why we do what we do, and we're honoured to be part of your day-to-day. Thanks for trusting Menvault, and all the very best to you. Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

The cross seen at the lower end of the protected area is very uncomfortable when sitting on chairs as it goes across your butt
Response from MenvaultAug 9, 2026
Hey Leo, Really appreciate you taking the time to share this! No leakage, even at night — that's exactly what we love to hear. Thank you too for the honest note about the seam at the lower end feeling uncomfortable when seated; that's genuinely useful, specific feedback, and it's precisely the kind of thing our product team looks at as we keep refining the design. If you'd like, drop us a line at [email protected] — sometimes a small sizing or positioning tweak can ease that, and we're happy to help. Thanks for being part of the Menvault family! Ken
The boxers don’t fit as should (not snug). I ordered M but measured L.
Response from MenvaultAug 7, 2026
Hey Ken, Thanks for taking the time to share this — and good news, this is an easy one to sort. It sounds like the M is sizing down from where you measure, which would explain the looser fit, since our briefs are designed to sit snug to keep everything secure. We'd love to get you into the right size. Just drop us a line at [email protected] with your order number and we'll arrange a size exchange so they fit the way they should. Thanks for choosing Menvault — let's get that fit dialed in! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault
RGG
Work as described. Comfortable and I can forget about leaks.
Response from MenvaultAug 7, 2026
Hey RGG, This was great to read — thank you! Doing exactly what we say on the label and letting you forget about leaks altogether is the whole point, so it means a lot to hear they're delivering that for you. Thanks for choosing Menvault! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault
