What an excellent product. Just recovering from prostrate cancer and find these Manvault pants are excellent giving me the confidence to lead a normal life without the fear of leaks causing me embarrassment. I initially ordered 4 pairs and once worn for a few days ordered another 4 pairs. Speedy delivery from the US. Only thing I am finding is that they take longer to dry after washing.

Arrived on time and material is very nice. The cut of the shorts was bit small for me I prefer a longer length in the leg ( big thighs . Had a long journey so placed the extra pad as shown in my shorts. By the time I made my first stop the pad had moved as a result I had to hurry to toilet. The result was bad as caught out just making toilet. Plus side nice material and washed out well.I’ll continue wearing the shorts but not on journeys I’ll use pads to be sure.

Helping my husband post prostrate removal due to cancer. He reports if anything could be a little bit less padded towards the back. On the whole though he feels confident wearing them when affected by stress incontinence.

Product was shipped and received quickly. Seems very good (although it's hard to know after only one wear). The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is that their washable guard, while a good idea, does not easily stay in place, contrary to their claim. I would highly recommend some mechanism to keep it in place better. But the quality of the products seems very good and appears that they will continue to be effective for some time.

A quick tip on the guard: pushing it down flat and low at the front before pulling the briefs up helps it sit more securely.
