I wish the pouch would be closed more so the extra pad would stay in better. Took too long to be shipped.
Response from MenvaultSep 28, 2026
Hey Wildbours, Thanks for the feedback! A quick tip that helps the guard stay put: push it down flat and low at the front before pulling the briefs up. Your note about a more closed pouch is useful too, and exactly the kind of thing our product team keeps in mind as we refine the design. I'm sorry the shipping took longer than you'd have liked; it's feedback we've noted as we keep improving delivery times. Thanks for choosing Menvault! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault
Mr A D.
Outstanding. I have moved from 3/4 pads a day to just these through the day and one overnight pad. Just a remarkable improvement. Many thanks

Hey Mr Dewison, What a wonderful review, thank you! Going from 3-4 pads a day down to just the briefs through the day and a single overnight pad is a remarkable result, and exactly the kind of improvement we hope to give. So glad they've made such a difference for you. Thanks for trusting Menvault! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

Delivered within stated timeframe. Fit is perfect. Preforms as promised. They take a longer time to air dry after washing then expected. Would be great if they came in a longer leg length. Overall very satisfied and will be purchasing more.

Hey Ray, Thank you for the great review! On-time delivery, a perfect fit, and performing as promised, that's the whole experience coming together just as it should. On the drying, you're right it takes a little longer; air-drying with a spare pair in rotation keeps it easy. Your note about a longer leg length is useful too, and the kind of thing we keep in mind as we develop the range. We'd be glad to have you order again! Thanks for choosing Menvault! I like them, wish the drying process wasn’t so long. Also, I thought the odor would be a little less, but it is not a deal killer. The quality is good and they are comfortable
Response from MenvaultSep 28, 2026
Hey Larry, Thanks for the review, and glad the quality and comfort are landing well! On the drying, you're right it takes a little longer; a gentle wash and air-drying with a spare pair in rotation makes it far less of a wait. Your note on the odour is useful feedback too, and the kind of thing we keep in mind as we refine things. Thanks for choosing Menvault! Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault

Well-made product, the third incontinence brief I’ve tried, and the best. I haven’t even tried the insertable pad yet, but I’m glad I have it for the next long day. The price is daunting, but worth it.

Hey Joe, Thank you for the great review! The third incontinence brief you've tried and the best, that's honestly the compliment we most love to hear. Good to know the guard's there ready for the next long day too. We think the reliable, reusable protection earns its price, and we're glad you feel it's worth it. Thanks for trusting Menvault! To not have to worry about leaks is a tremendous comfort.

I still have some leakage, but the product is going to save money over the disposable type products.
Response from MenvaultSep 24, 2026
Hey David, Thanks for the review! Glad to hear they're already working out cheaper than disposables over time, that saving really adds up. On the bit of remaining leakage, that can often be improved with a small tweak to fit or how the guard sits, so if you'd like a hand getting the most out of them, just reach us at [email protected].
