The new product is very lacking in…
The new product is very lacking in reliability. The new bag has a tendency to seal itself up about a third of the way from the top, leaving the bottom two thirds unusable. The new material sticks to the body where as the previous product did not do that. The adhesive that holds the bag to the penis does not stay in contact with the body. More then 50% of them end up leaking. I wish I could find a replacement for this product, I would do it in a minute.

Dear John, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the product. We are continuing to work on improving the quality since the launch of the new version in April 2018. After three years of working on the next generation product, we released a version with a new micro-vent for improved flow and comfort, and a longer tube for easier application.
