Dear Peter, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the product. We are continuing to work on improving the quality since the launch of the new version in April 2018. After three years of working on the next generation product, we released a version with a new micro-vent for improved flow and comfort, and a longer tube for easier caregiver application. These revisions were included in our program to onshore jobs and manufactured and assemble the product in the USA. We continue to work on ways to improve the product experience.
