They ripped me off for $2500. No moving from them. I cancelled within a couple of hours and removed my deposit. Then Kevin called me and told me he was going to sue me so I released the $2500 after he told me he would refund it back to me. DIDN'T return a cent. They are thieves and don't believe a word they say. Total thieves and should be shut down. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have contacted numerous times since April to no avail. Ripping off senior citizens or anyone else for that matter they should go to jail.

If I could give Menard zero stars
If I could give Menard zero stars, I would. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had.
Menard operates as a broker, and in my experience, they provided an extremely low initial quote to secure my business. I gave them accurate information and dimensions from the beginning and was assured that the price would not change as long as my inventory remained the same. Despite providing the same information throughout the process, they increased the price twice. My move from New York to Florida went from an original quote of approximately $3,000 to nearly $9,000.
Menard then contracted Goodview Moving to handle my belongings, and the experience became even worse. My shipment arrived 48 days after my First Available Delivery Date—nearly two months later. Several boxes arrived crushed or torn, fragile boxes had clearly been placed underneath heavier items, multiple belongings were damaged, boxes were missing, and my son’s double dresser arrived completely destroyed and structurally unusable.
The delivery crew also appeared to be in a rush to unload everything and leave. I had paid for reassembly service, but I had to remain extremely attentive and repeatedly make sure they completed the service for which I had already paid.
Before receiving payment, Menard promised that they would remain involved, support me throughout the move, and be there until the process was completed. Once they received my money, however, they essentially disappeared. My calls were not properly addressed, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, and those promised callbacks never came.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend either Menard or Goodview Moving & Sorage. The price increased from approximately $3,000 to nearly $9,000, the shipment arrived 48 days late, property was damaged, boxes were missing, and the customer support I was promised never materialized. This move caused an enormous amount of stress, frustration, and financial loss. I strongly encourage anyone considering these companies to look elsewhere.

DECEPTIVE COMPANY!
DECEPTIVE COMPANY!! Known for planting fake positive reviews. They quoted me around 3000 total for an interstate move, asked for around 1200 up front. I paid and signed. They then said that our stuff would need more room and charged an extra 600, leaving us at around 1800 already spent on deposit. They quoted less than 2000 for pickup and dropoff, BUT when the actual movers arrived it was about 3000 total for pickup and dropoff. Ended up spending around 5000 for a move that should cost 3000!

Knowing now what I wish I knew then....
I do not recommend Menards Moving & Storage or Immaculate Moving & Storage because we entered into a binding, not-to-exceed estimate/contract on 6/24/26. We had a long conversation with Frank Stevenson in which we detailed all items we wanted moved. Mr. Stevenson provided the binding, not-to-exceed estimate of $7,808.46, with a moving date of either 7/16 or 7/17/26. We were required to pay a deposit of $3,783.71 at that time. We called Mr. Stevenson back within 24 hours of the estimate and expressed concerns about Menards being a broker and not a carrier and about the possibility of increased costs. He assured us that we had a binding contract. On 7/13/26, we received a call from Forest Carlisle of Menards’ Quality Assurance department. We again went over all items to be moved, at which time (3 days before our schedule move), he increased the estimate to $12,403.50, a 47% increase from the original estimate. We were required to pay an additional deposit of $2,408.79, for a total deposit paid of $6,192.50. We were unable/unwilling to cancel the contract, because we would have forfeited the initial deposit, plus we were scheduled to be out of our home in three days.
Menards contracted with Immaculate Moving, LLC to move our property. Immaculate arrived on 7/16/26 and did a very nice job protecting our furniture by wrapping in plastic or moving blankets, or both. When they had loaded approximately 60-70% of our belongings onto the truck, they indicated we were going to exceed the estimated cubic footage and increased our load to 1,950 cf, and our estimate increased to $15,864.81, which was more than twice our initial estimate provided by Menards. We were required to pay either in cash or by check the sum of $7,254.27. (In an email directly from Menards subsequent to the move, Menards indicated they could not/would not be responsible for actions of the carrier, Immaculate.)
When the 26 foot box truck arrived on 7/16/26, it already had approximately 500 cf belonging to another customer. With the increase to 1,950 cf for our belongings, that brought the total cubic footage to 2,450 cf. AI indicates a 26 foot box truck has a capacity of 1,600 to 1,800 cubic feet and a weight limit of approximately 10,000 pounds. Per the estimates/bill of lading, we were being charged well in excess of the cubic foot capacity and the weight limits, especially considering the items already on the truck.
On 7/23/26, Immaculate arrived to deliver our belongings. However, they only had approximately 70% of our belongings. In an email with the dispatcher for Immaculate on that date, we were advised the remainder of our belongings would be delivered “in a week” (7/30/26). However, as of 8/20/26, we have not received the remainder of our belongings, and Immaculate fails to answer phone calls, emails or texts. We have contacted Menards many, many times because their contract states, in part, as follows: “Menards…will act on behalf of the customer to resolve claims or delay issues with the carrier”. It is now four weeks after the partial delivery (five weeks after pickup) and Menards has been unable to provide updates beyond “they are waiting for an updated ETA”. They indicated they have left messages and spoken to a representative of Immaculate. They provided a phone number we already had, but indicated they were not allowed to provide any other phone numbers to us. We are willing to go pick up our belongings, but no one will tell us where our belongings are located.

Burn your stuff and buy new before hiring this company
The fine print states you can get a full refund if you email within 48 hours. Unfortunately life happens outside that window and then they just keep your money. Very bad business model

Fraudulent Price Quoting
I gave an overestimate description of what I was having moved and was given a moving quote which I accepted. I ended up moving less then what I originally stated but my representative Christopher Wilkins fraudulent lowered the Cubic Footage to make the quote cheaper then what i told him moving it myself would cost. So when the movers arrived instead of paying the first half of the move that was supposed to be around $540 approximately for pick-up and another $540 approximately for delivery they charged me $1,051 and I'll have to pay them another $1,051 for delivery, when I tried to call Christopher Wilkins to inquire he no longer seems to be an employee and is unreachable probably because he was fired for his fraudulent business actions. I proceeded to pay the amount because of my daughter's special needs and her mental state i couldn't have her in a panic because this move was for her to move closer to us so I had to act calm and composed when the movers arrived and gave me this ridiculous price. Christopher Wilkins Fraudulent adjusted square footage under what I initially told him to artificially lower the price from what I could of done the move for myself. Which ended up costing me over $1,000 more then we agreed to. BBB Complaint filed also.

Hired this company to move from New…
Hired this company to move from New York to Florida. They were on the ball collecting money of course. The cost more than doubled the estimate once the moving company came to pick up my stuff. The moving company (good view) they sent to pick up my stuff the day of the move, actually took detailed inventory of my stuff telling me the square feet I needed was more than Menards quoted. Of course I had no choice to pay the extra. It was moving day and I needed to be out of my house. July 13 my belongings were put in a trail and off. My stuff was delivered on July 20 th. Boxes were crushed. Totes were broken. One tote was on its side in the truck with my stuff falling out of it. Several items destroyed. They failed to deliver 7 of my large totes and 2 boxes. I called Menards and good view and got the run around. Give it a couple of days to show up. Called multiple times a week and got the same reply from Menards we contacted good view to see if your stuff shows up. Almost a month later not one person called me from Menards Good view with an explanation or anything. While I paid for a certain amount of feet in their trailer they left half my stuff behind and could not careless. Sent me a claim form that has to be approved first !!! Do not use either one of these companies. I wish I would’ve stuck with my gut to bail on this company. But the sales people were oh so nice and friendly. Sucker you in and than put the screws to you.

First of all
First of all, they will completely lie to you about pricing. Second, it sounds like the entire team is on drugs.
Third, I got hung up on when asking why it was an additional 3k for my children's stuff.. literally no furniture.
I gladly gave up the 850 deposit to never trust them with my items.
