I did mine in a month and have sold one to a friend who is dealing with the loss of her husband. And this is worth it to have something to help distract her mind and will be a best seller.
I messed up mine I should have got a print of it before I got it done.

My Memorygram Experience
I received the Memorygram book as a Christmas gift. I was a little nervous about starting this project, as I had never done something like this before. However, I found that I really enjoyed writing this book, as the experience brought back so many nostalgic and fun memories. The Memorygram team was extremely helpful in guiding me through any questions or problems I had. They responded quickly through emails or online chats. My finished book arrived last week, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful, professional, and well made the book is! I have lots of photographs in my book, and they look exactly like the original photos. They are clear and colorful. The Memorygram team did a wonderful job on the book, and I am very pleased with how it turned out! Unfortunately, the back cover and some of the pages were slightly damaged in transit. Amazingly, Memorygram is sending me a replacement copy because of this! I was blown away by their generosity in being willing to do this! I really appreciate the caring, kindness, and accessibility of the people of Memorygram who guided me through the writing of my book.

The recording and transcribing of the answers to the questions is very good.
The selection of the questions could be improved. I rewrote almost half of the questions.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. Most people customize about half of their questions or so which tracks to our wider user base. Based on our research this because many people want to have a mix of writing topics that are more general along with some that are extremely personalize to them and them alone.

I loved how easy it was to add pictures…
I loved how easy it was to add pictures and to add our own thoughts. I loved the questions you sent me and I loved taking the time to tell my story.
It would have been very helpful though if the pages had been done as the actual pages as we went along. It would have made adding stuff and taking out blank pages, etc. a lot easier.

I love the product, just some small issues.
I love the product and the way the site allows people to add their stories. I was confused by exactly what I was paying for. I knew the printed book was extra, but the cost is not well defined. And when I ordered a book, I didn't receive any notification of an approximate shipping date. That would have been nice to confirm that the process was done correctly and that the order was received.

Yes indeed, extra copies do cost money. We do try to be transparent as possible about that. We also took your feedback and now provide shipping updates throughout the ordering process.
