I would highly recommend Memorygram to anyone wanting to capture their life story or stories. I found the process very interactive, with the questions provided allowing me to write a structured story, and to recall memories that I might have missed otherwise. I was able to select a pace that worked best for me. The book ordering process allowed me to publish a book which best reflected my style and color preferences. The entire process is really well thought out and provides an easy-to-follow path to successful completion.

Yuck!! The platform is incredibly confusing and hard to use & it didn't save a story so it was lost. Customer service was not helpful. I do NOT recommend them - use your money and time elsewhere.

"What a great experience to work with a memorial company that makes memories come to life and creates a legacy that will live through eternity.!!!!!! The answer to making sure my son's story is told and that he will never be forgotten, Thank you Memorygram. Memorygram thorough process, support and customer service is appreciated while being second to none. I have given Memorygram as gifts and have been deeply touched by the reaction when receiving and how thankful when they open Daniel’s Memorygram. I also attend and facilitate grief groups. We have provided more than 25 Memorygram for families in mourning. Not one complaint or concern by anyone. They have all reacted and reported their experience as very positive. Memorygram customer service is truly impressive! Kind, empathetic, timely and responsive. Grief is dark and often very heavy. Memorygram provides a welcomed light that lightens.

"I had created a memorial through a different service but it would not allow video so this one was better for me."

"I have not finished my book, and it is still in the making process. I have found the process very easy and look forward to finishing in the next few months. I even purchased an opportunity for my brother to write one for his family."

Creating a memoir for my mother through Memorygram was surprisingly easy and deeply meaningful. Larry guided us through smoothly and professionally. The attention to detail made this a premium and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended!

Our 7 week journey (start to finish) in the production of a family Memorygram legacy book was an extremely positive experience. Co-owner Larry responded expeditiously to a request submitted on their web site for a consultation. During a 15 minute conversation we described the overall objectives of the Memorygram project we envisioned and he responded that his company would meet all the time and quality objectives we outlined. He and his staff managed our project in a very organized and professional manner providing excellent guidance and very helpful support. Communications were frequent, timely and effective. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the Memorygram legacy book and additional copies we purchased. Our beautiful legacy book will definitely be a “hit” with our family in the coming days.

The thing that separates memorygram from all the others is the music. No better way than to view memories of our loved one with a song. It’s another way to “feel” our loved ones. The medallion and dog tag are beautiful and certainly made to last. Customer service responded promptly to any questions and issues regarding my order. Good experience!
