Expectations exceeded. Really delighted with the result. The photo had damage which I feared would not be able to be repaired. The work was done in quick turnaround, and the result was perfect. Quality of the work, and the communication before, during and after was first class. I will definitely use again.

I had never used an online photo restoration company. I was really unsure how it would turn out. I had started the process and stop due to my concerns. A little while later I got a Email from Jonah asking if he could be of assistance. I told him my concerns and he walked me though them. I sent my picture in and they came back wonderful. I’m so happy with the out come. I will be sending all my pictures to them. Thanks again “MemoryCherish” Sandra from Texas

Communication was amazing, the process to order was so easy compared to other places I’d looked at, the turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the results are amazing. I was very hesitant going with an online company that promised a restored photo in a matter of days, rather than a local business that said it would take 3-4 weeks to restore my photo. They completed it in days, and promptly did some revisions I asked for. Overall I am thrilled with the restored photo, and can’t wait to give it to my dad for his 80th birthday.

Was very quick and looked just as good as original photo but better all I can say is WOW its amazing looks even better in person than saw in the email. Correspondence was top notch to and was a good price too.

I lost my beautiful son Hunter 4 1/2 months ago. He was only 22 years old, my only child, and my beautiful gift from God. We have always been very close and his loss has felt unbearable. I have sent pictures to several people to see if they could make them framable and also useful for a bronze marker. I have professional pictures, but I wanted our everyday photos because they capture who we are, our love for one another, and our real life. No one was able to do it for me. The original quality was poor and I was told over and over that nothing could be done. I searched online and found Memory Cherish. They worked until the photos were clear and did an amazing job! They were even able to "open" eyes in a photo. I'm sending them more photos now. On top of that, the customer service is second to none! I cannot recommend Jonah and the others at Memory Cherish highly enough! THANK YOU for doing something beautiful for me during the hardest time of my life! You are wonderful, kind, caring people as well as incredible photo restorers!

Great job , I really am impressed with the work . And the customer service is top notch

To be honest, I did not have too big a hope from getting a photo of my late father's restored, because the photo was taken in the 40s last century and was in an extremely bad shape. That is why I am so happy that I did choose Memory Cherish to do the work, and they did a miracle for me after a few interactions and iterations. Their understanding, patience and professionalism lead to a wonderful job done! I wish them the best at work and home!

I recently had 2 very old photos restored, one was torn and actually broken into 3 parts and the others was a photo of a torn photo. Bothe photos now look great! One photo I initially had a query around the back ground and Memory Cherish altered it without hesitation. Great prompt, friendly service from across the globe.
