True customer satisfaction
Jonah and his Team are truly awesome and service oriented...they will simply not let you go unsatisfied! Long story, I have a photo from my childhood, that was actually a photo taken of the photo, as the original was stuck to the frame. I had previously sent to another restorer who I'm sure tried their best to remove sun glare on the faces, that looked like white stains, but after several attempts, could not. I decided to send MemoryCherish, and they were able to correct the issue. I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend them for your photo restoring projects. Thanks Jonah and Team!

Amazing Work!
I was amazed at how they were able to recreate my mother’s photo from a small wallet size picture that I sent from my phone. It almost looks like a painting. My only issue is that up close it was a little grainy. I wish the texture could’ve been a little smoother. However, I still give them five stars because of their excellent customer service!

Thank you for your review LaVerne, I'm sorry to hear about the graininess. The level of detail in a photo restoration is dependent on the quality and resolution of the original file. If you were able to send us a higher resolution image we could have been able to produce an even more detailed result for you. We're happy that our customer service was great though! Cherish forever
My family only had two old , faded, and darkened spotted pictures of my ( oldest) brother who passed in 1968 as a baby. To see his face once more through pictures and to see the reaction of my mom and dads was the most heart warming and cherished. The job they done on restoring my brothers pictures were breathtaking.

Memories restored!
I had two 70 year old photos that were basically in very bad shape and MemoryCherish brought them back to life with their restoration. I am so grateful that I found such a wonderful company to repair my pictures and the price was very fair!!!!

I found Cherish on a google search for…
I found Cherish on a google search for local photo restoration. there was no one in my town so I decided to try them. They have been great. The job they did on my two photos is incredible. Contact along the way could not have been better. i am waiting for my prints now.

Rectified problems
UPDATE: i have since received a response & they have redone 2 of the photos. I sent 4 photos to be enhanced, one was very good but the other 3 were really no different, still blurry. This is an expensive service so you would expect good quality. I have emailed 4 times to ask if they can redo the three photos but no reply! Communication was good until there was a problem now there’s no reply! I would not recommend this company.
