Dreadful work
Dreadful. I chose a head artist to help with an old picture for my mother. The pictures we got back were comical. It looks like my son did it. I am white British and in the picture I look asian. The colour pallet is completely off. I think the artist and I use the word very lightly was not having a good day. Total waste of money, unless you wish to change the origins of who you are. Looks comical and I hope my mother thinks it's funny that we all look Asian.

We’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with the restoration and that it didn’t meet your expectations. Your photo was especially faded, and many of the facial features were barely visible, which are the most crucial elements in any restoration. Our artist worked carefully to bring out as much detail as possible, but when the original is heavily worn, some interpretation is often required to rebuild missing features and tones. We offered free revisions to make adjustments based on your feedback, but we completely respect that you chose not to proceed. As per your request, we also refunded you for the prints. We know how important these photos are, and we’re always committed to doing our best to restore and preserve them with care.
