Although there was an initial problem with receiving my order which resulted in the photo restoration taking two weeks, I am extremely happy with the results. I reviewed the edit and submitted a suggestion to change the skin tone. The artist understood my needs and did a fabulous job. Yes, I recommend 👌

Save your time and money
I paid for two day turnaround and shipping, it's been over seven days with no item or any notification of shipment. I've contacted customer support twice with absolutely no response from company. Getting my shipping cost refunded should be fun to try and get back, nevermind a complete refund for services not given. It might just be time to contact the state attorney generals office for an investigation into the company's misleading business practices. Just a reminder, the company's headquarters is said to be in Bulgaria, but listed in Wyoming as well. What's up with that?. Also they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and apparently they don't follow standard U.S. business law

To clarify, when the order was placed on August 29th, the 2-business-day processing speed was selected, which refers to the time to receive restored results for approval before shipping. The preview was delivered on August 30th as promised. When the order was approved for shipment, standard free delivery (4-6 business days) was chosen, so we proceeded accordingly and provided tracking by email. For transparency, our former headquarters was in Europe, and we are now registered in the U.S. We always strive to be clear about timelines and regret any misunderstanding.

Commutations and Trust
Great commutations with company got back to me as quickly as possible. The workmanship is out standing, to see what I entrusted them with and the difference between the picture I sent them and the new is like night to day for a 49 year old photo. this is a company you can trust can't wait to do business with them again A+

Reliable, professional restoration
I was able to transmit an old family photo to this company. The photo was from the 1950, heavily damaged and actually ripped on one side. There were white fold lines and tape marks throughout. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to restore it in just a few days! Looks like new! I highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

Old School Customer Service and Quality
Their Old School Customer Service will bring you back to the good old days, when a company actually cared if you were pleased with their services. Their Prompt, professional, friendly correspondence is second to none. Don't waste your time by shopping around. Their product is AMAZING…JUST BEYOND!!!!! Last Christmas I had 8 old torn, crumbling, faded, stained photos (from screenshots) transformed into 16X20 Museum Quality Prints that made grown men cry (all photos of their mothers from WAY back in the day) on Christmas morning. I just had two more prints made, and they are on their way to me, now. FAST, packaged extremely well…I mean, I could go on and on. Try one…send them an old, destroyed photo just for fun and see what they can do.

Found my fix
I had some pld photos of my wife from her modeling days that were pretty "aged". I sent one in and had it restored. It turned put really good and she loved it! Soooo I had 2 more restored for her. They turned out amazing! And she is very happy with them! I highly recommend having MemoryCherish help you with your photo's. You won't be disappointed
