This is the 3rd time I have used them. The first was a great experience. The dr took her time and even used the camera. The 2nd dr 2 weeks ago pretty much just gave me a steroid for sinuses. All he did was hear what I said and asked no questions like he was in a hurry. Yesterday I called because the steroid nasal didn’t seem to work well. So after telling the dr he asked me what I wanted to do. I then told him that after a week the steroid should have worked but still problems. He then asked if I wanted a antibiotic and gave me amoxicillin. This is a week antibiotic to have sinus issues for 2 weeks now. Just a lot different than my first experience. I am impressed with the timeliness though

I’ve called them 3 times so far and they are so helpful and prompt. It’s nice to not have to leave my house and still get help. I don’t need to be around other sick people when I’m sick myself. It’s so convenient! For sure would recommend it.

I have called a few times and have always received a prompt and courteous return call from the doctor. More important, though, the doctor has been able to prescribe an appropriate medication/treatment option to treat my symptoms.

Loved the doctor that called. Very prompt and knowledgeable even about the rare condition I was inquiring about. Was considering a trip to ER, but the doctor was able to calm me and let me know everything was OK and I didn't need to worry. She even instructed my husband on ways to monitor my situation.

This was my first experience with using MeMD. I was amazed at the efficient and prompt attention I received. The doc who called me listen to every symptom I had and had a wonderful bedside manner. If he were local I’d beg him to take me on as a regular patient. He diagnosed me and treated me so that I was feeling better in a very timely manner. I needed Tamiflu, but he also gave me Prescription Motrin to help ease the ache and joint pain associated with Influenza. I have never had so much pain accompanied with an illness. He was a life saver!
