My first time using it, I had uploaded a photo of my throat, it was obvious I had strep. But the phone call with the doctor didn't even last 30 seconds. I was sick and kind of out of it so I had a question but felt rushed and remembered after I hung up and had no way of asking the question without paying for another visit. My advice make a list of everything because they don't ask much and be prepared for the call.

Wonderful service to have access to. Avoiding doctors offices and emergency rooms while you're sick has been wonderful..prompt return on callsand prescriptions given have done the job

Doctors are awesome and staff is quick and courteous.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the doctor that treated me, but he was great...called me quickly, listened and respected what I had to say. So refreshing!

Great!! I had used another online service and had a terrible time. With these guys they were professional and understood that I was sick and had to get better because I was leaving town that day. They were very kind and listened to what I had to say about my medical history
