Best doctors visit ever! They were so nice , called me back promptly and not to mention cheap!!! They prescribed me the right medication, and did not have sit at MD now for 2 hrs for more than double the price! If you decide to try it put a note in your phone "memd" because at first I didn't and I had a hard time finding it again on the web!

Love the ease of being able to call MeMD! Always taken care of in a timely manner!

This was my first experience with MeMD. I was very satisfied with the provider that responded and appropriate diagnosis and treatment that followed. Efficient, time sensitive, and the ease of prescription sent to my pharmacy. I spoke to the provider before I went to work, and was able to continue my day without waiting for hours in a clinic. Will certainly use again.

I received an immediate call after registering to confirm my profile and a follow-up call from a physician within 30 minutes. I did t have to leave my office!

The first doctor I had was terrible. Condescending, rude with no bedside manner. Even after I told him I have a history of severe sinus infections and could basically self diagnose myself and I was leaving the country for two weeks and needed an antibiotic so I didn’t end up in a foreign hospital, he told me to use a humidifier and nose spray. I called customer service and they were great. They set me up with a second provider who was good, listened to my issues and gave me a rx for a antibiotic. Some doctors are better than others (like anywhere) but customer service was great.

I came down with what I thought was strep, just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country, ideal timing. I needed to see someone fast but didn't have time to sit in a doctors office and wait for test results. I reached out on MeMD and was called within 5 minutes by a nurse to confirm my symptoms and within 15-20 minutes got another phone call from Dr. Grubb. He also went through my symptoms and told me I had influenza, got a prescription sent to my pharmacy and I was on the mend within an hour of the initial phone call. I am very thankful that I was able to get better before my trip! I will highly recommend this service to anyone!
