Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my insurance and the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If the customer care team has said they have done all they can do, BELIEVE THEM! They are awesome! Also, Ali Cassidy and her team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thank them all for their outstanding help! _______________ The doctor was quick, but he was a bit too quick. I had more questions and became flustered at him rushing my concerns during the appointment. I ended up calling the pharmacy several times to get questions answered about my medication. _______________ Had my experience with my doctor gone more smooth this would be a 5 star rating simple based off of my experience with the customer support team!

This app is ok if you don’t have a serious illness. I used this Friday and was told my symptoms sounded viral and “it would be an injustice” to prescribe me an antibiotic. I ended up having to go to urgent care where I was told I had strep and was put in an antibiotic and told if it didn’t improve within 24 hours I’d have to go to the hospital to have it drained. Wasted $68 on this app for nothing.

I would definitely recommend MeMd! The staff is friendly and helped me when I needed a refill on medication! After hurricane Barry my internet was down so I was able to talk to the doctor by phone! Also their price is very reasonable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was told to go to a clinic if I wanted an antibiotic prescription. They can’t prescribe over the phone.
