I needed a prescription refill while in between doctors. After calling around the area and being told the cost for an initial visit was $150+ I decided to try the online doctor. I looked at a couple and decided on MeMD. Dr. was excellent. I would definitely use MeMD again.

Everything except the conversation with the provider (the most crucial part) was fine. The website was easy, the administrator was prompt and responsive in calling to verify details. The provider was a rude disaster though. He was judgmental, curt, rude, cut me off several times--and begun the conversation with a clipped, how can I help you? This, despite the detailed information I filled out, verified by the administrator, and right before him in the screen. He was nonresponsive to questions and was offended that I even asked to confirm that he had the right pharmacy. Not a good company rep, folks, especially for medicine practiced over the phone.

So fast, so easy. Never left my living room, well, until the prescription was ready. Everyone very polite & professional. I've used them twice now. I have also told several people about MeMD. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I personally have bad experience as follow up but in case of emergency it's a good service.

I really like this service, it is fast and friendly and less then going to the regular dr. I have great insurance but would rather pay the $50 for this so I dont have to take time off work or away from the things I would rather be doing. I give it 4 stars only because they have issues with sending it to the correct pharmacy. The closest pharmacy is almost never listed. Other then they I love this service.

I was hesitant to try but really couldn't take time off from work at that time to go to a doctor's office. So, I gave it try, and I'm glad I did. I called the number on the screen when I hit a snag while registering. The lady on the phone was very helpful. A doctor called me right away. We had a lengthy conversation. I couldn't believe how much time he was willing to spend talking with me about my problem. I honestly believe he spent more time on me than I would have received in my own doctor's office. Anyway, he called in a medication for me to my local pharmacist. I picked it up and started it right away. If, like me, you're hesitant to give this a try, don't be. They're totally legit, very professional, helpful, and cheaper than a doctor's office, both in terms of cost and time. I've only used them this one time, April 2017, but that one time was a totally positive experience.

I am grateful for this business site! Also, the business name is true to its word. I am 56 yr female and nobody knows my body better than me so when I said I was sick and reported my symptoms they had no reason to doubt me. Prescribed me the correct medicine and now I am well. Thank You! MeMD
