I got a prescription but it was not for the brand that works best for ME.

The service was fast and to the point. Customer Service called me quickly with to get the preliminary information and to let me know a Doctor would be calling me shortly. A Doctor called me within 15 minutes and got me the correct prescription right away. I called back to check on the prescription the next day and they were on top of everything and very helpful. I have already recommended MeMD to my friends. We all have great insurance and MeMD beats out ridiculous Emergency Room visits in the middle of the night.

Dr I "met" with was great! Very thorough and responsive. She prescribed the needed medication- sent it to my local CVS and I was good to go! We have a $30 co-pay- and between feeling too sick to drive, being told I would have to just come in and be squeezed in or go to urgent care (Our copay there is $150) the fee was completely reasonable! I will use MeMD again!

I travel a lot and this made life so convenient. I instantly receive a call from the nurse after signing up and then received a call from the doctor 10-15 minutes later. He got me meds I desperately needed. Highly recommend...especially if you're too sick to leave the house.

Really great experience. I was way too sick 😷 to sit in a docs. Office so, being "seen" over the phone was totally preferable to me. I downloaded the app, made a profile, and received a phone call within about 40 mins. all from the comfort of my bed in the middle of a fever 🤒 that is how painless the service is. Doc. Was great. Listened to my symptoms and determined that I needed antibiotics. She called in my prescription to my chosen pharmacy and my husband went and picked them up. So including my prescription cost and doc. Call the whole thing ran me roughly $75.00 dollars which is fantastic for those of us without insurance and primary care physicians. I was totally happy with my experience. The app has a feature where you can send photos to the doc. For examination or you can FaceTime the doctor. I didn't use those features because I didn't need to but the app does offer them.
