I had a hard time finding the product I was looking for, and Melori had it on their website. While I didn't realize that the item was being shipped from Turkey, when I inquired about this they promptly replied and assured me that the order would be delivered promptly, which it was. So overall, my customer service experience was very good in that they replied to me quickly with useful information.

I ordered 4 of the same product and only 2 came. you did refund my money, however, I would have prefered the prodcut as now I need to reorder and pay shipping.

Placed an order for two items. Received message both were delivered when in fact, only one item was delivered. It is impossible to reach them on the phone; first the message was it was after hours, when it was not; subsequent calls - the line rings and gets disconnected. I've reached out via the website and have not received a response. Just horrific customer service -- non-existent. Buyer beware is all I can say

I was skeptical about ordering from Melori after reading some reviews but decided to take a chance since they had the product that I wanted and very difficult to find. It was very clear that it may take a month to receive the product. Before the product shipped, Melori had issued a partial credit but it looked like all the product shipped. When I received the product, which was in the timeframe as promised, I saw that they issued a credit due to them not having all the product in stock. There was an issue with the amount of the credit but it was an easy fix. I sent them with all the details and within 24 hours, I had a response from customer service with an additional credit. Melori was easy to order with and quick to fix an issues. I will definitely order from them again when product comes back in stock.

My experience ordering from the UK was straightforward and no problem. I received genuine branded skincare products as expected, at a significant discount to prices elsewhere. The parcel arrived 13 days after placing my order, a reasonable timeframe in view of the savings made. I will be ordering from Melori again.

I was pleasantly surprised about how easy, safe and fast I received my items. I was able to order Caudalie products that are not available in the US and received them in perfect condition. Very happy with my experience with Melori.
