Placed an order for two items. Received message both were delivered when in fact, only one item was delivered. It is impossible to reach them on the phone; first the message was it was after hours, when it was not; subsequent calls - the line rings and gets disconnected. I've reached out via the website and have not received a response. Just horrific customer service -- non-existent. Buyer beware is all I can say

The person who is bringing it abroad already left.This is ridiculous ,to order from this company it takes weeks or even month i guess before you receive it..where does the product originally cones from?be honest..because if it comes from the US it should have already arrived..

I'm so disappointed. The shower gel has absolutely no fragrance at all and the lotion is hardly any better. I traced this scent from Italy to home (USA) and ordered with high hopes I'd be reminded of 'The Des Vignes' fragrance again and sadly that's not the case. A LOT of money spent for lotion and shower gel. And, the Fed-Ex box was destroyed and one pump on the lotion was broken off completely.

Scammers! AVOID. They ship likely counterfeit product with Turkish labelling that has arrived with weird smell and hand-written labels. The products they ship does not match website. Despite 30 days free returns they don't provide you any means to return the product, and customer support argue with you that you have got what expected. If you are in the same position as me, you can write to your bank's customer support and request a charge back! Keep all the comms with Melori for charge back.

I was waiting more than 3 days, actually it was almost 2 weeks!!! And the problem is they sent me all the wrong items, nothing from what I ordered was delivered

The item was not what I ordered. I ordered a specific Aveeno Skin Renewal Lotion and recieved Aveeno Oat Based Body Lotion at a price higher than I would have paid at a local drug store. Dont buy here!
