My hand piece was malfunctioning after like a year after I was gifted my drill and i reached out to customer to see if i still had warranty. They reached out in less than 24 hours and everything was handled very quickly and sent me a replacement hand piece and got delivered 2-3 days later! Amazing customer service and fast delivery! Thank you so much for helping me resolve my issue!! <3

My nail drill which I absolutely LOVE, unfortunately malfunctioned after only having for 6 months in the middle of me doing a nail set. I was pretty upset, and sent an email to the customer support. The way that the situation was handled was amazing! I had a stress-free experience. Their response was pretty quick in less than 24 hours and took my concerns serious and replaced my product. They are a company that keeps their word with their product warranty, there’s no catch. I want to appreciate everyone from melody susie who took my concerns serious And went above and beyond to resolve my issue and even follow up afterwards. You guys are the best!
