Overall a very nice product. I just finished the installation and I’m curious to see if they are noisy on the highway. I’ll find out later today. That said, assembly and installation was fairly easy. The instructions provided could be a little bit clearer for the “DYI’er”. But using common sense and a little mechanical knowledge it went well. Fingers crossed for the first test drive at 75 mph - 80 today. Quick update. There is additional noise (whistling sound) but it’s not horrible. I’ll attempt some fixes to see if I can reduce it. Still a good product for the money.

Customer service was very helpful, and quick. Had a small problem with needing some extra hardware, they helped, in a very prompt manner. The product (topper rack) is great quality and easily stands up to the loading limits claimed. Aside from the high quality of the product, the customer service really stood out to me.

Quality product and customer service is top notch. Purchased a laptop mount for my service truck. Unfortunately, it broke but, they had replacement parts to me in no time and were extremely easy to work with.
