Delivery was delayed 4 times

First order of the laptop mount went as expected and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. But when I ordered an additional part it was sent to a wrong address out of error and I’m still waiting for the part to arrive to the correct address. I’ve lost track of time. However, I think it is getting close to a month I’ve been waiting. The product though is very sturdy and economically priced that I believe it is more affordable than the competitor RAM mount.

This laptop Mount shakes too much going down the road

They were 3 pieces missing in the box so I could not install the product I ordered.. But to be fair,they are sending the missing pieces.

So I am not ready to give a BAD review, but I do need assistance to understand why my rack does not fit on my Transit 250, the roof bows too much to accommodate the rack. Essentially the feet do not reach the roof when the rack is sitting on the roof. Need assistance, or feedback from other buyers.

Shop was easy to use. Express shipping is not really express shipping. Waiting for more than 7 days now.
