DON'T BUY FROM MELANISTA... Not only have I waited two months for a package that never came but they don't even answer inquiries. Order a wallet as a Christmas gift Dec 15th. Jan came and went with a answer from there customer service. Horrible customer service. I guess they're too small to bother with clients. Save your money and your time.

It really is a scam
I have been emailing them since Dec 5 for a refund. They have responded and asked me to wait until Jan 25 because it was “delayed in mail” then it changed to “lost in the mail” I never received the purse. I have emailed them repeatedly for a refund and I have yet to receive it. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from them.

I hope this save someone from making the same mistake i did. Order packed 4 months now and still no delivery they won’t refund my money. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM. Very poor communication I lost $187 US and they won’t refund my money for the product I pay for. You better off buying at target or your local mall. Read the reviews they don’t lie…
