They have a tedious sales video that expires after 2 days and their salespeople will keep pestering you to watch. It’s obviously an MLM. Expensive monthly membership fees, overpriced average products. I’ll stick to Costco 👍

Ordered products off of them to find out later that I had to spend over $112.00 a month in order to keep my membership… but then they claim they are like Costco and other big box stores.. I don’t have to buy things every month from Costco to keep my membership. I refused the package when it got delivered I never laid hands on it. It has been over a week and a half I still have not gotten a refund. They called me today to let me know that’s why they have not issued the refund as the package has not arrived back… I asked them so is that not your responsibility then ? The lady responds well no that’s on you.. Now I am out over $150.00 I am so pissed.. that should be on them as soon as the package was refused. The refund should have been issued as that’s on them… I will never do anything with this company ever again…

I love this company. Great products. 2 friends have severe allergies to most products. But they don't have anymore issues, now they are using Melaleuca products. My sister joined because she has asthma. And most cleaners trigger her asthma. She loves Melaleuca cleaning products. No more asthma triggers when cleaning. I love everything I have tried so far!!! Small bottles of concentrated cleaners for around $7.00 but you can make 12 bottles of cleaner from 1 concentrated bottle. Makes the cleaner like 60 cents a bottle. Can't beat that price even at a dollar store. Plus it's non toxic. Nice to get toxic products out of my life.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have to say that I tried using other products out there just to see if i like something else and I instantly regret the purchase. I love everything about Melaleuca, the only thing will say is that sometimes a product is sold out and that's super frustrating, but i just pick something else and move on.

Their UK order line, an 0800 Freephone number, is not working! Have been a customer for 10 years, at least, and never had this problem before. So I had to place my order online; would have preferred to talk to a rep. A very frustrating series of 5 email exchanges with their customer service dept. who now seem to be based in Germany. They weren't able to give me a working UK number (Freephone or otherwise). It's rather disappointing that a company of Melaleuca's size can have a working UK phone line.

Like any other company, one needs to read the ingredients before buying. Some products have good ingredients and some don't pass my criteria. I don't care for the new loyalty dollar program with "free shipping" They bury expired dollars into used dollars to hide that they are taking dollars away from you because you are a day late! There are a handful of products that I really like that I order frequently and some that I order infrequently when needed. It can be very challenging to meet their minimums and now these even higher amounts to get "free shipping" with loyalty dollars that expire in 3 months. I have been a Melaleuca customer for around 10 years.
