We have used Melaleuca products for 20 years now. Health really improved. We cant use store bought products in these categories after trying them. Would highly recommend. They even offered us a full refund if we were not happy with anything we bought. They actually honor this.

I have been a member since 2011 and absolutely love their products. They do what they say as far as the product descriptions and are environmentally friendly. I've only encountered about two products that I haven't been happy with - not a bad track record. I do not like that shipping is so expensive and there aren't any discounted, shopped multiple times in the month rates. If you forget to purchase an item and have to make a mid-month order, you can be paying 10% of your order in shipping fees. My point of frustration comes with their customer service. Whenever I've had a problem from anything with my back up order to shipping issues, the customer service I get is friendly but actually never is resolving my problem. They have a "I would help my my hands are tied" type of customer service. That is very frustrating seeing that I'm a MEMBER that pays an ANNUAL FEE to GUARANTEE they're getting a certain amount of orders/points each month. In my last order, I was 1 and 1/2 days late to place my September month's order. The website said that I could place it and it would go towards September although it was October 2. I was so happy since I didn't want to get a back up order of items I really didn't need. Once I placed my order, it said it as an October order. I called CS, spoke with a rep and a 'manager' who told me the cut off time was 12 pm Mountain time. I explained that I never get a resolution that is favorable for me and as a long standing member, that isn't a good feeling. They basically said there is nothing that can be done. As soon as I find a comparable product, I'm ditching this membership solely because of the INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!! I SIGNED UP AND CANCELLED MEMBERSHIP AND HAD FRAUDULENT CHARGES PUT ON MY CARD!!! HAD TO CALL BANK AND REQUEST NEW CARD WITH NEW CARD NUMBER!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! MISREPRESENT MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND COMMIT FRAUD!!!

Joining Melaleuca was easily a better choice than even Costco. Joining Costco is boring really if you think about it because you are just getting regular stuff in bulk and lets be honest, it is kinda difficult to get excited about a bulk package of toilet paper no matter how good the price is. Melaleuca however is exciting and exciting with almost every product down to the toothpaste. Knowing that every time I clean my home I do so with products that aren't going to harm my children or my pet is very exciting and knowing that i get to do all of that while getting really great prices IS exciting. I'm not totally sure why Jean is so angry over having to join Melaleuca to get the best price when it is likely she probably wouldn't say the same thing Costco, Sam's Club, or any other similar shopping club which literally requires the exact same thing. Regardless, Melaleuca as a shopping club is fantastic, the products are top notch, and they really are concerned with the environment.

The Melaleuca shopping club is a must have in my family's life. We use five or Melaleuca product EVERY day. From granola, to shampoo, to soap, to snacks, to vitamins, and toothpaste (and more). Being able to get on the website each month and order up regularly consumed items and have them delivered to my door is amazingly helpful and surprisingly addictive. Melaleuca is a MUST DO and I highly recommend it.

My youngest son almost instantly began to get get rashes on his body after coming home the hospital after birth. For almost a year we revolved through all of the brands of detergents on the store shelves with only varying degrees of success. A neighbor gave us a bottle of Melaleuca's detergent and within a day we saw the rashes improving and with in a week he was almost rash free. The same neighbor gave us some of Melaleuca's flagship product Renew Lotion which then knocked out the last of the rashes. He is now 2 years old and hasn't had a rash since. We will be Melaleuca customers for life now.

One year ago I had never heard of this company and had no idea what they were until a family friend made the introduction. Melaleuca.com makes products that line up with my own life and home keeping beliefs and my interest level an even though my interest level grew I didn't sign up right away, the monthly commitment was my hold up. One day while walking into Costco as I got out my membership card I realized that Melaleuca.com is no different in principle and practically only that they were online. I quickly contact my friend and signed up. I received my first shipment quickly and it was exactly as ordered and exactly as promised. Each order since has also been both of those things and each product I've ordered works exactly as promised. My experience with Melaleuca since I signed up has been just top notch and I would recommend the company completely.
