I am a senior citizen with a lot of serious health issues. I am extremely high risk for Covid. I ordered a pick up order for Meijers, Allen Park, Mi. early in the afternoon. I chose the earliest pick up time available 7-8 pm. I am very slow at placing an order (due to my health issues) and it took me a long time to place my order. I was notified at 6:12 p.m that my order was cancelled due to not enough staffing. We are expecting a snow storm starting about 1:00 AM so it will be a couple days before I can order elsewhere. I should have been notified earlier. In my opinion this is very poor and unacceptable customer service to offer a long time customer.

I have always did my grocery pickup through Walmart but decided to give Meijer a try since it was closer to my home. Big mistake! And I would use the excuse that I picked a high traffic pickup time(Fri 5-6pm) but if that's the case than Meijer should be prepared for this. I pulled up with 3 other people waiting. I watched the kid bring out 2 vehicles orders than disappeared for like 15 min or so. I called the number on the sign after I had already texted to let them know I was there. I was told there are 3 people ahead of me. Ok, first when you text to let them know you are there, you should get confirmation that they received it. Walmart does this, you check in and it confirms right away. So back to the kid. After waiting for 30-35 min a girl shows up and goes through my order and trys to explain my substitutions and couldn't pronounce the descriptions, she blamed it on her glasses. Walmart let's you know ahead of time what the substitutions are and the out of stock items. By than I just wanted my groceries and to go home. From beginning to end it was just shy of 1 hour. 45 min it took which dang I could have ran in the store and did it myself. Never again Meijer Walmart has it figured out which is why you have to reserve 2 days in advance and Meijer has all these opens spots for pickup. So disappointing Meijer, pickup is definitely not your strong suit! Avoid unless you have all the time to wait.......

Picked up my online order today. I don't know who bagged my groceries but they put heavy grapefruits on top of my buns and squashed them. The pastries were stale. Only when I got to the store was I informed 2 items were out of stock. This is a 40 minute drive 1 way for me. Called to complain only to find out the store manager is on vacation till next week. This took over 30 minutes on the phone between all the hold times and being transferred many times. Please don't waste your time, shop somewhere else! Read other reviews same problems

Awful. My scoop chips were dust under the canned goods. Ordered a bag of apples and got 1 organic apple. I was open to being a little off but this was ridiculous! So pissed. The task was not hard. Never again. Tons of things missing and vegetables were organic which I didn't want to pay for. Could not believe a millenial could screw this up this bad. Chips on top? 🤬

Aweful!!! Between the time it takes to order via the Meijer app.. and the time you’ll DEFINITELY wait to get your groceries brought to your car You’re better off just sucking it up and doing the shopping your damn self. This has happened to me not once, not twice, not three times... but I’ma dumb ass because I’ve let this happen FOUR FU(KING TIMES!!!! just get your own groceries if your time is important to you...100% NOT worth ordering on line and picking up in person!!!!!!

You have the worst online shopping I ever used. I spent an hour and a half putting my order in and it didn't load you can't get a hold of anybody.now I have to put my order in at FAMILY FARE,

I ordered to for curbside pickup and I got two duds. The socks I ordered had holes in the package. I also ordered 8 gallon trash bags and they wouldn't open. Sincerly annoyed with the service.

Pick up order between 5-6pm. Currently 832pm and still no groceries. I have called 10x, been inside, called again. If it was not such an expensive order I would leave and NEVER come back. Best believe I'm going to back Walmart! Never had this issue there! 🤬
