MeijerReviews of meijer.com

Dominic Meijer - very unpleasant experience dealing with Dominic Meijer from the Netherlands. I found his communication rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly changed his explanations, failed to provide the information I requested, and demanded additional payments that had not been agreed upon. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Meijer is such a pain to work with, I should have never transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to Meijer. Like so many times, I am trying to login to refill some meds but the Meijer app is failing. So, next I try the desktop web access. After logging in TWICE! I am told to be on the lookout for a SMS code that never arrives. I click re-try sending code like 5 times, none of them are successful. So, I have no way of viewing my pharmacy scripts tonight. Just how incompetent is their programming team? Im switching to Walgreens tomorrow and never should have left.

I'm writing this because I want to complain about Meijer service. I have groceries delivered every time that I do. Also, I would like to complain about shitp delivery service that does it for Meijer. Every time and I mean every time I place an order it is rescheduled at least two times. I suggest nobody take in order anything from Meijer to have it delivered. Meijer probably got good groceries and all that, but the delivery service sucks.

I tried several time, it was a terrible experience. I am done never again. DELIVERY AND THE APP ARE TERRIBLE. I LOST MONEY. I will use walmart delivery. I will still shop in stores at times. the delivery app showed in stock I didn't even get half my order. I did order update , did nlt receive those items. C S told me I would. THE APP and services is horrible and always disappointment. I lost tip money on today's order the shopper was great. It over charged my card. I called they said it would update. I am done I have lost way to much money. Walmart listens meijers online does not care.

This occurred at the Meijer #260 gas station but I was told the manager is from inside the store. I noticed a discrepancy on the gas pump which read $4.99 whereas the sign by the street said $4.49 a gallon. Now before I even mentioned the problem the visiting manager had walked up to the counter. I asked if he was the manager. His reply was "Well, I was going to give you a bar of soap". Then he tried to make it a joke. Tall thin with whitish gray hair. With the except of a select few employees that I have known at the Adams Rd Store in Rochester the management and other employees of that store are incredibly rude. And NO, I AM NOT DIRTY!

If you rely on this pharmacy for necessary, life-impacting maintenance medications, be prepared for an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience. They enforce rigid corporate computer algorithms regarding 30-day refill windows that completely fail to account for basic calendar math. In 31-day months, their math forces patients into an artificial gap where they are left entirely without medication for days. In shorter months like February, the system drifts your pickup dates later and later into the next month, making scheduling an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, the pharmacy staff engages in defensive gatekeeping, treating patients with suspicion and judgment rather than empathy or professionalism. Managing a chronic health condition is hard enough without a pharmacy team making you feel like a criminal for trying to fill a valid prescription on time. If you want a pharmacy that treats you like a human being and understands consistent patient care, look elsewhere.

You sent me a email to not forget to tip my shopper Seriously!!!! Are you for real? This is really soooo wrong I am seriously considering not shopping there anymore I always give a cash tip and this is offensive to me it's just wrong

I ordered groceries delivery driver did not bring them to my apartment door she stated she didn't bring them up because i thought i was going to bring a cart down to her .. If she's delivering the groceries all I needed to do was buzz her up .. Then she leaves the groceries downstairs after me telling her I open the entrance of my apartment door for her.. Called customer service they were not helpful at all very disappointed 😞
