I don't know if its the covid or what. But they've become unacceptable poor service. Incompetent management that doesn't know what's going on, or how to train people. Wonky website that doesn't work half the time, displaying zero stock or some error message. And curbside that is hit miss, bagging your order individually instead of filling up a bag.

Customer service is horrible. You'll have better luck calling the White House expecting someone to answer. Rarely do I arrive home with everything I paid for.

I really love this store but they are always out of stock online and it's very frustrating especially when you're paying a delivery fee. Very sad. I'm shopping elsewhere until they resolve this situation.

8 people in line with 1 customer service person. I’ve been in line 15 minutes already and I was number 5. Still several people to go. But I see a couple of people just standing around watching the cashier lines. Why is no one helping customer service?

I parked near the garden section being I have a disability (Multiple Sclerosis) and it was close to what I needed from the store. I had seen a person before me get checked out at the garden section and this employee said you have to go to the front of the store and check out. I am now in a great deal of pain and I am suffering from this event. Really unsure how this employee picks whom to check out and who not too. I didn't see any signs.... Maybe my skin color? I have no idea. I will forever boycott this store tho. May 27 2021 aprox 3 -4 pm.

I LOVE LOVE going to this store the J-town location on Hurstbourn parkway it's GREAT a young man named Joseph is one of the managers who work here everytime he sees me in the store he pushes out my grocery cart to my car and unloads it for me I am always greeted with a BEAUTIFUL smile when I walk in the door I swear this Meijers seems like a GREAT place to work everyone is so friendly I really miss you guys being open all night though and I just wanted to say THANK you to everyone who works here at this store you are GREAT.Lydia Diego Louisville ky

Ordered a gift for my mother in law to pick up. She went to pick up and she had to call me to get the "shopper name". It didnt register to the meijer people when she was there in the store. Total disaster. 3 days later I get call from the meijer " shopper" to reschedule pickup. I cant believe this is so complicated. This whole "shopper" thing just doesnt work. I should be able to buy something and a person should be able to pick up item with an order number. Going on 4 days and my mother in law cant connect with this meijer"shopper" to pick up item. Just plainly Sucks!!!! I cant even cancel order at this point. So now a gift for someone to pick up is a total embarrassment.

Meijer is absolutely horrible now. They are worse than Walmart which I would have never thought in a million years could ever happen. Make you get in line at the back of the store to stand in that line for the next hour and a half because they're so incompetent and inconsiderate they can only open 2 registers. I will drive an extra 4 miles to go to Walmart because there I expect them to be horrible. However since they're better than Meijer now that's where I will be spending my money.
