I just received my Breeze Pro on time after a month of expectation. I assembled the tricycle in a short morning spree without any problem (except missing 2bolts to assemblethe rear fenders)after having watched the online tutorial. I gave it a short trial on the bike trail and was delighted with the performance and safety feeling of the sturdy frame and quality components. I was surprised that the levels of assistance was limited to 3 and easily found out on the web how to switch to 5 levels. Over all, I Am delighted Philippe PS Customer service was very responsive from day one right up to this morning when I had a question about Warranty registration.

Excellent company, we had great experience working with Meetone to get a Meetone Pro trike and found the quality, fit and finish, and operation to be so good we also just purchased a Meetone Pro 2.0. At 72 yrs old my wife & I are refreshed to find such a customer service oriented company!!! :) :)

We own two MeetOne Tour Lites and I have to say they are built right. I am not saying though that they are without problems. My wife's trike the left side pedal fell off and she only had about 16 miles on the trike. The crank arm was totally stripped out. I contacted their support team, sent in a few pictures and they said they would send me parts to fix it. The parts came from China and seeing as I am in Wisconsin, USA, I wondered how long it would take. I contacted them May 18th and had the parts and installed on May 27th. They even sent along the special tool to remove the crank arm. Fantastic customer service. They were quick at responding and communication was great!!! The trikes are the most comfortable trikes we've owned and a joy to ride.

First of all I would like to thank you for the assistance you provided me in solving an electrical problem with my tricycle. In any case, I found the product to be of good quality and comfortable to ride.
