I spent a lot of time researching Meet One
I spent a lot of time researching electric trikes before choosing the MEET ONE Tour 2.0, and I’m so happy with my decision. It feels incredibly sturdy and stable, but it is still fun and easy to ride. The seat is comfortable, the step through frame makes getting on and off much easier, and I love having the extra power of the dual motors when I need it. The reverse feature is also much more useful than I expected! It is clear that a lot of thought went into the design. I feel comfortable and confident riding it, which was extremely important to me. I genuinely look forward to getting outside and taking it for a ride. This trike has exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it!

Top notch customer service. 10 out of 10
This morning I made a phone call to MEETONE Customer Service. All the technicians were busy so I decided to hang up and call back later. Twenty minutes later I got a call back. I never even left my number or a message but they tracked me down, considering mine to be an abandoned call. I was very happy to hear from them. In any event, when I explained to the CS representative my two issues she was very quick to provide separate and effective solutions for each. I'm very impressed by the customer service I received from this company. It makes me love my MEETONE Breeze Pro just that much more.

I love my trike
I am very impressed with the design and quality of the engineering. This is a trike that fits my 6 foot 250 lb frame with ease. The power is impressive and when just cycling, the Shimano shifters work perfectly. I have a full suspension that makes driving a gravel road a smooth event. Everything about this Trike is outstanding but the documentation especially in the instructions needs improvement by including better details, although with my mechanical background I could figure it out from the diagrams. Overall I give it a 5. Love this trike.

I love my Breeze trike
I love my Breeze trike, but one day it just completely quit on me. I’ve only had it for a year and a half. I emailed customer support, and they immediately started working with me and sending me parts to try to find the problem. After elimination of everything but the battery, they sent me a new battery which solved the problem. It’s been a journey, but I have to give this review 5 stars because of the cooperation and diligence of customer support. I’m so happy to be back on my trike!

Definitely recommend
We ordered 2 meet one pro trikes and we are very happy with the quality and the ride. My wife is disabled due to MS and drop foot. She is so happy riding her trike. Pedaling is great exercise for her and she can throttle when she needs to. With the pedal placement her foot doesn’t t slide off the pedals, it’s amazing how much fun we’ve had. We put 30 miles on the trikes the first day we put them together. The customer service is amazing. I had a broken reflector due to shipping and a tear in my basket lining, the company sent them right out to me they even sent me extra hubcap bolts since I lost 1 and on top of that they sent me a pair of cooling sleeves as a gift. Even tho I won’t wear them it was thoughtful. I would recommend these trikes to everyone. Thanks meet one!!!
