A 4 star review from me is as good as a 5 star review. I tend to always leave room for improvement ;-) That being said, our boxes arrived undamaged, albeit 3 days apart. Assembly was fairly straightforward. I do see room for improvement on the instructions. But, for the most part, it was a fairly easy job. The trike itself has exceeded expectations. We have done about 75km between my husband and myself, without any issues. We bought an off brand upgraded seat, but after installation, decided it wasn’t for us, and we now have the regular seat re-installed. It’s comfortable - and we are taller, heavier people. Time will tell if the trike holds up, but it honestly looks well made, feels well made, rides well made, and the assisted levels all work really well. We are very pleased with our purchase. **We did notice a stripped part (couldn’t tighten 1 screw for love not money). We contacted MeetOne and were asked to send a video, which we did. A replacement part was sent and received very quickly, and now all is well. I found customer service to be quick and polite. We emailed them.

My experience was a two month test of my patience and anticipation., which I was originally told I would have the bike in 7-10 days. So my frustration was mounting. Once I finally got the trike and then a week later the oarts, I began the assembly of a supposed last 10% of assembly. My frustration still mounting, however throughout the ordeal, I was kept up on progress as well as answering any questions I had, and I had quite a few! Once I was finalky able to test ride my new Breeze Pro, I felt relieved, and very impressed with the quality of the trike. I’m excited to take a real ride now that batteries are fully charged and the trike is road ready! I was upset with the fact that it took as long as it did, but I must say that the communication and support has been exceptional, and I feel confident that I did make the right decision to go with Meet One!
