I live in Minnesota, so unfortunately I am unable to ride now. After doing some research and reading many reviews, I decided I would get the MeetOne Tour. The tour is a big trike as it sits in our kitchen :). As I was assembling the tour I noticed the front suspension was stuck. I contacted support, and explained to them that I would be able to replace it if they could send me a replacement. Within a few days I had the replacement at my door. They would have made arrangements to have someone do it if needed. I have been very impressed with the response from MeetOne and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make me happy. The build Quality is far better than anything I could have expected.

We ordered 2 Meet One Breeze Pros for my wife and I, who are both in our 60s. We ordered them through Outspoken Ebikes in Cleveland Ohio. We had bought another brand bike which we felt was not stable, and didn't want to make the same mistake again. So we drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland to test ride the MOBP. Dave at Outspoken was super helpful. They shipped the trikes straight to our home, where they arrived with some damage due to shipping. I contacted MO Customer Service via email. They replied quickly, and after I supplied them the order and serial numbers, they were quick to ship the parts. My compliments to Alicia and her colleagues in Customer Service. We have about 100 miles on our trikes, and couldn't be happier!

These tricycles are just fantastic, comfortable, smart and powerful. We own two Breeze Pro bikes. The customer service is exemplary!! Extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Twin Motor Tour has met expectations, as a retired engineer I expected some problems, but all went well. Takes a bit of time to get used to riding feel, but the trike is very steady, has plenty of power, and storms up steep hills. Am currently aiming for obtaining max distance on pedalling only, balancing best average speed and battery draw. There is an amazing choice using Pa settings, power % settings and chain gear settings to obtain best range. One item as an option would be to have power generation on downhill to save the brakes, I go down some steep grades, and the brakes can get a hammering on occasions. All round a great effort, a happy user at 600 Kms.

Adjusted Pas. Got my Breeze Pro up to 21 mph. I still need a video on installing my dual 25 Amp battery. This Trike is very good quality. Can't wait till Spring for long rides. I have 45 Amps with my 20 Amp & 25 Amp batteries. Ellie told me 130 miles with pedal assist & 70 miles with just throttle. Very happy with my Breeze Pro. Stephen.

My Meetone Breeze came yesterday. It was in good condition with no container damage. I am an 87 year old female who is still in great shape and still curious about what's happening in the area I live in. I researched many E Trikes both by internet and in person. The Breeze One impressed me as the best for my needs. The extra wheels in the back that stabilizes the bike going off curbs and steep hills is an extra safety feature for this trike. The trike went together with out any problems. Both my Harley Davidson riding sons pre tested it before letting me ride. I only got to ride several miles yesterday as it was late afternoon before it was together. Even as old as I am after watching the assembly videos on YouTube I could have assembled it my self. I have a rotator cuff injury at the moment and was afraid to attempt it so my son did. It took about a little over an hour to get it on the road. I was only able to ride after both my son's road tested it for me. This vehicle will give me many days of pleasure and the excitement of adventure. I will post again after I am able to get some time on the bike. J King

I had some troubles with the carrier dawdling, as I live in a somewhat remote area and the box being so big. I didn't mind a delay as much as I minded their dispatcher failing to notify me, so each day I waited at my boyfriends business to be there to receive the Breeze Pro - only at close of business to find it rescheduled for the next day. Alicia at MeetOne customer service responded within literally minutes to my anguished email. I asked her to speak to the carrier as there is no way for anyone without an account to speak with anyone other than a seemingly helpful but powerless person in a call room. She did intercede in my behalf and I got my Breeze Pro the following morning, with apologies from the carrier. This was my 75th birthday present. Would you believe I assembled it by myself, I needed help to get it out of the box and to get it the rear end on jack stands, and I borrowed a torque wrench. It took me 4 or 5 hours that included a lunch break. The quality of this etrike is outstanding. Everything was packed carefully to avoid damage and it fit together perfectly. The tools provided were adequate to the task. I had fun getting it together. Now, if it would just stop snowing so we could plow, I could go for a trike ride! Thank you MeetOne!

I highly recommend Meet One Trike for their products and customer service. I should mention that patience is required to receive your item as the shipping can be lengthy at times. These trikes are VERY worth the wait!! Customer service is amazing and the product is superb! For the cost I don't think there is any better options available. My experience is with the Breeze Pro, hopefully some day i can upgrade to their Tour model. There are user forums available on Facebook to see how real customers love their trikes and also some very interesting upgrades and modifications that owners have implemented on their trikes.
