From the time that I ordered my Tour Lite the companies attentiveness to questions and updates was not only punctual but they (Aleshia) answered all of my questions. If they did not know the answer (which was very rare) they found out and got to the bottom of all issues. They have a plethora of videos from assembly to use so you don't have to be mechanically inclined, just read, look, and listen. But that's not the real reason on reviewing this. This machine is the "Lexus" of Trikes. Not a Bentley nor a Roles Royce unless of course you're buying a aircraft engine (believe me I know). It's an all business no glitz over engineered work of art. The finish, the attentiveness to detail, and the construction of this put it at the acme of Trikes. China has the market captured on this construct ( move over Japan!). Every detail has seemingly been meticulously looked at including having nuts and bolts assembled on the frame in the position where there to be used rather than a bag of hardware that you have to sort out, The packing was beautifully done with no chance of damage in transit. The welds are true NASA quality X ray perfect with no slag, voids, or blemishes. Finally it has an impeccable paint finish. As for the design, it is equipped with decades proven Shimano gearing aluminum frame with full suspension, diferencial free tail axel, torque sensative pedal assist adjust for constant Watt assist propulsion instead of a constant power assist, etc. A new standard has arrived. Bravo guys!

Fantastic Trike and fantastic service. I wanted to upgrade to two batteries because my wife and I like long rides that can take all day. The parts they sent where wrong size. I notified them they where wrong and they went out of their way to get me the correct parts ASAP. GREAT COMPANY!

The Meet One Tour is an outstanding Etrike, so well made, it’s a bargain for the price, even though it is not cheap. I highly recommend this company, there customer service and support is also outstanding.

When you need some answers or a part replaced you definitely get great service! Navigating to the right department is a little tricky but when do get there, they’re very helpful.

Great product and service!

I did extensive research when I decided to buy an electric trike. During my research I came across Meet One. They met and exceeded all of the requirements that I was looking for in a trike. When my Breeze Pro was delivered, the seat had a minor flaw and when notified they promptly sent me a new seat. I am extremely pleased with the performance of my trike and the companies response to my needs.

My MeetOne etrike Tour arrived quickly! It was packed so well, you can tell the company really cares how the customer receives their anticipated purchase. My husband put it together for me and he took the initial ride. He loved it! I noticed neighbors staring. It was finally my turn…I hopped on, clipped my helmet and cautiously rode slowly down the hill and around the circle. Feeling a bit more confident, I rode up the hill and around the whole neighborhood. It was SO much fun! The trike is stable and it gives me freedom. I’m looking forward to many rides. Customer service has been wonderful answering all of my questions. I’ll submit a photo after I add a bit of color to the all of the grey and black trike. (I don’t think they will mind). One more thing that I can’t say enough; QUALITY!
