Excellent customer service!

Our pup loves it! He’s a bigger breed, but always hears the freezer and runs to it. Also, first dog we have had that doesn’t beg for our food. His body weight is great as a growing dog and activity level shot through the roof! Customer service is AWESOME and very responsive. We love MAEV!!

There is always plastic in the bone broth that I’m constantly picking out!! Also they always would either over charge me or charge me early. Food quality was okay, but I had to cancel my subscription.

Beyond excellent customer service! We are loving the product so far. We are only on day 5 of transition and we are hoping this new food will sit nicely on our Salsa.

They were great and answered all my questions

I have never been so satisfied with a dog food before. But when I encountered Maev and bought their dog raw food, I was completely blown away. I thought that it wouldn't make a difference but my dog loves the food and became active ever since! Thank you Maev!

Because of the fires in CA, my first shipment has been delayed. I sent an email to Maev and had a response in my inbox within minutes. Christine apologized and is sending me another order for free. I understand things happen but her response and customer concern/service was incredible. It's so refreshing to have superior customer service. I can't wait to work with them for years to come.

Food quality is great. My doggo loves it! Price is much better than other brands that I have tried, such as Farmer's dog.
