If they could get zero I would they are horrible it’s been almost a year of pain and suffering cheap materials horrible dentures

They advertise a 5 day turn around time for crown work. I went in for my scan and the estimated delivery is over 3 weeks!!!!!! I am very disappointed!

Received my lower partial and a tooth was missing. Then ordered a new partial and the fit quality was VERY POOR!! The dentist tried to adjust it to the point where material was too thin to use. Now I’m waiting on the third set. I hate I lost my last flexible set from a different company bc these are poorly made and feels hard and plastic!!! I have never been more disappointed with this company. I wish I could have went to another doctor that uses a different company!!!! Highly disappointed. I do NOT recommend!!!

Whoever Tim is in the sales department is extremely rude and unhelpful. I have been a customer with Dandy for over 4 years and I have never had an encounter like this.

I completed a pitch call with the company that promised a gift card upon completion. Its been over month and I have not received my gift card. I have emailed the sales rep multiple times and he continues to say they are working on it, if he choses to respond. I did not go forward with using the company services because of incompatible technology.

I got a full upper denture and a lower partial denture. They both seem to fit fine however they are not very durable. My top denture cracked the other day while I was chewing pizza. Now, I could maybe see this happening if I was eating something very hard, but pizza? No way! I've only had them for 2 or 3 months and they already cracked. And my insurance only allows me to get a set every 5 years. Not at all happy with the quality of the products.

So far I've been absolutely delighted with the quality of lab work provided by Dandy, so glad our practice started to work with you guys. I would love to think about even having a scanner for just my surgery as I feel I am using it tonnes. We are one of the first practices in the UK to use this service and I am not looking back :)

As a practice, we have just started using Dandy scanners and lab. So far, we have had a pleasent experience with them. The support team are easy to contact and very fast acting. Additionall,y the lab coomunication has been excellent.
