Over and above providing the Scanning equipment, the staff at Dandy are so knowledgeable and helpful with advice on procedures. This is very much appreciated and with the recent expansion will be even better. The increased accuracy of the fit of the products over convention impressions is really amazing. Lab work Excellent, Customer Service has been Lacking
Lab work is very good, but the customer service has been lacking of late. I have had a number of cases take longer than expected with little explanation, and have had a few emails get no response.

good consistency on fit and workmanship. Their software allows u to track your cases and know when they will be delivered. Allow you to ok their design on crown and bridge or add or subtract modifications and of course the no pay scanner,

Dandy techs and staff are great
Dandy techs and staff are great. I receive excellent assistance in the chat function and in case reviews. The software is sometimes difficult to use and the Dandy scanner is slower than the 3 shape and less accurate (we have both kinds). The system for scanning is much slower and less predictable than physical impressions which throws off my schedule a lot. I love the quality of the final products. I am still figuring out if the quality of the final product and the lower cost outweighs the extended visit times and frustrations of scans and rescans and rerescans.

Should we keep adding our daily issues here???
10/8 I believe Dandy is growing too fast for its own good. No one cares when a case is screwed up and delaying the patient multiple times. The people that do follow up cant give answers because the lab is somewhere else, God forbid someone contact the lab and figure anything out. beyond frustrating! Its a cheap solution for a lab our DSO stuck us with 10/9 dandy strikes again, took scans for crown and nightguard together. We have the crown but of course no one knows where this night guard is we are supposed to delivering to the patient right now.

Communicating with difficult cases can a challenge not getting to talk to the lab tech working in your case directly. Crowns need more adjustments than some other labs.
