Great lab work.Great tech support …
Dandy does great lab work and has excellent support. It is very easy to talk to a lab technician for case planning or other guidance on difficult cases. I have learned more from Dandy Lab technicians than from any other lab in my 38 years of practicing dentistry

Overall Good Experience
Product quality is good, but turn around times and shipping need improvement. Our cases have been lost or late multiple occasions.

Learn Digital workflow with DANDY
After a person becomes more familiar with all the IT involved in sending cases, Dandy does a great job of helping you through each case to perfection. I have practiced dentistry for 40 years and I never had a full upper denture fit so well.

Lab tech great. AI not
Working with the lab tech, Sarah, was wonderful - 5 starts. However, the AI that generates the crowns is missing the mark lately.

I’ve used dandy for years now
I’ve used dandy for years now. I used to love it and would’ve given 5 stars, but in the last 6 months there has been a noticeable decline in quality, paying attention to doctor notes, increasing delays, and failure to warranty scanners. I would love to continue to love dandy, but they are making it tough lately.
