This is my second time I’ve ordered from here and two pairs each time. My first order was great!! I decided to order again. The one pair is too large and too heavy to wear. I asked for a refund. So I can order a different pair I can actually wear. They emailed me back to say, sorry they are customized so we can’t refund them. But offered me 50% off! So now I will find another glass place. What happened to customer service?

I made a mistake on my first order with this Meeloog and they made it right by offering a discount on the next pair. Thank you Meeloog. The delivery time was longer that most places, but That can be overlooked. The real issue is, I received an open package with no glasses enclosed. We emailed the company and this is day four waiting on a response. It’s been about three weeks and we would really appreciate some communication.
