Dear Customer, thanks for shopping with us. We do have a kind of glasses, called progressive glasses, which could be used for seeing distance(daily use) and reading. If you want progressive glasses, you need to get a progressive prescription from your eye doctor. After getting the prescription, you contact our Customer Service to get help.

A massive delay across the US Customs is the incident beyond our control since it is a Federal Agency. And we are aware of that. Hi Silke, thank you very much for taking your time to bringing this to our attention. Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. Although we've done a lot to prepare our shipments for this situation, there's still a chance that this thing will happen. Unfortunately, informed by our shipping partner, they do not provide DDP. The postage you pay simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. Would you please check your inbox for the email we sent you regarding the resolution?
