The ordering process was fairly easy. The shipping was SUPER DUPER SLOW & the glasses… one pair are ok the second MOST EXPENSIVE PAIR… the prescription is off, the frames don’t lie flat… I’m not a happy camper!!!

Unfortunately I thought they were much smaller than they are.. I am a little disappointed. It looked different on the Tryon. I have a very small face and this is a problem usually with glasses. The glasses are awesome but the way too big on me.

To select a frame, we recommend that you take a ruler and measure your current pair in the same way as on our website. Then, select a frame online that has measurements within +/- 2mm of your current pair to ensure fit. You will find the detailed dimensions of a particular frame on the frame page. We invite customers to contact us at [email protected] during the 30-day warranty period if they're having a problem with their glasses. If our customers don’t like the glasses, we would be happy to offer either a 50% discount code to reorder or a 50% refund back to your form of payment (excluding shipping) as our glasses are custom-made medical devices. I made a mistake on my first order with this Meeloog and they made it right by offering a discount on the next pair. Thank you Meeloog. The delivery time was longer that most places, but That can be overlooked. The real issue is, I received an open package with no glasses enclosed. We emailed the company and this is day four waiting on a response. It’s been about three weeks and we would really appreciate some communication.

Nice enough design but very long wait for the delivery. Not sure if the prescription is right, as I can’t see well at all through them. I thought maybe I’d need to get used them, as they’re varifocals, but I’ve never had that problem before. I can see ok in the distance but the right lens seems wrong for reading, either though it’s the same prescription. Ended up in the bottom of my drawer. Cheap, low quality and with a huge carbon footprint. Loads of spam to my inbox too.

Rewrote this and added a star as they did come through with a refund but I had to contact my credit card company and fight over this for a week plus. Allowing you a tryon visualizer and model photos, then saying it's not accurate afterward is pretty lame in this day and age of customer service. If they added 5$ to ever order but still had a reasonable return policy, not a huge restock (akin to 70% of your total order!) I would still have bought and felt good about the whole thing. Old Review: Poor fitment and near non existent return policy! I received a reasonable quality set of readers that looked fine on the tryon and the models but ridiculously large on me. Their reply was that they could offer me a coupon for a do-over or a small portion of my original amount for a return at my own expense. This policy is not well documented and not part of the disclosure at the time of sale. I have recently noticed they seem to be popping up with different named variations on facebook. Once again, I will remind myself of my "don't buy from facebook advertisement" policy. Always such disappointment!

J'ai commandé pour une valeur de 254 € et quelques constitué de 6 lunettes , 2 à verre photocrompique ,2 de lunettes de soleil et 2 avec anti reflet bleu plus une boîte pour ranger les lunettes de 5 compartiment . On va commencer par les points positifs 😁 1 très belle monture très belle boîte 2 rapidité d'envoi commander le 12 /07 envoyer le 17/07 (voire point négatif 2) 3 petit carré de tissu pour les essuyer avec chacune des lunettes Et voilà les points négatifs😢 1 j'ai commandé des lunettes de vue j'ai été à mon opticien aucune d entre elle n'a de correction sur les 6 2 je n'ai pas été prévu de l'envoi j'ai dû réclamer il y a quelques jours via un message pour savoir où en était ma commande . 3 elle ne correspond pas à la description sur les des lunettes en verre photocrompique que j'ai commandé j'en ai reçu aucune 4 sur les deux lunettes de soleil j'en ai reçu 1 5 sur les lunettes anti-reflet bleu que j'ai commandé reçu aucune 6 et je viens de t'envoyer un message j'attends une réponse, dans tous les cas je renvoie les lunettes car actuellement il me servent à rien je suis obligé de garder mes lunettes de vue en dessous des lunettes que j'ai commandé. Pour l'instant il y a 6 points négatifs et 3 points positifs dans tous les cas pour l'instant je ne recommanderais pas chez eux et je ne conseillerais pas ça mes amis et famille. D'ici 3 semaine où non je modifierai mon avis suivant la réponse et les résultats.
