Quality product. I love it. Didn't need customer service. Assembly was easy.

From the beautiful porcelain palettes to the robust easels, I have been utilizing these art materials for years. The excellent customer service is what keeps me coming back, not just the high-quality equipment (such as the mixing dishes that hold an exact 1 oz per well). They promptly gave me a replacement pack for free after I misplaced a little piece of my easel. This is my highest recommendation for any artist because of its degree of responsibility and steady excellence.

This was my first order and I have not used these Markers as yet. I am sure they will do a good job when I do.

I was delighted with the two travel sets I purchased, one to share with a daughter-in-law. Just recently I almost had to evacuate because of a nearby fire. You can be sure I have that set in a "to-go" bag, just in case with all the other things I was gathering. It arrived in time for a special trip she was taking and has had a chance to use it.
