I’ve had nothing but great experience experiences with Medvidi. My provider is very personable and professional. He truly listens, is responsive and shows excellent clinical reasoning. I look forward to our monthly visits because he is so helpful. Recently, I had an issue with trying to reschedule an appointment and medications and dealt with Hannah. She too was wonderful and expedited my needs. The problem was solved within an hour or so. I would highly recommend Medvidi!!!

Horrible! Don't believe their advertisements!! My boyfriend spent $200 only to be told she couldn't help him. Well you think he should get a refund. Whoever he spoke with didn't do a thing but turn him away when he's been suffering with ADHD for years. Requested the refund and of course it was "no refund". I'm leaving bad reviews wherever I can!

This company is an absolute scam. They charged $195 for services that were never properly rendered and failed to send a prescription. When a prescription was finally issued—only after aggressive follow-ups—it was the wrong medication entirely. The provider dismissed my need for a critical panic attack medication and prescribed something completely inappropriate instead. To make matters worse, their support team completely ghosted me and refuses to respond. I am still waiting for a full refund for this unacceptable and dangerous operation. Save your money and stay far away. Reported them across all forms of media.

Nearly two months ago, I had my initial telehealth ADHD visit with MEDvidi. The appointment seemed to go pretty well and my overall opinion of MEDvidi continued to be fairly positive. But I still have not received the written diagnosis and treatment plan that I understood would follow soon after my appointment. This has been especially frustrating for me because they diagnosed me with adult ADHD (a life-changing event), I explained that I urgently needed documentation for active legal matters, and I began following up the next day. Instead, they have demanded that I pay them an additional fee and sign their HIPAA form that seems unusually worded, before providing me with my written diagnosis and treatment plan, even though I was not asking MEDvidi to send anything to a third party. In one call with a MEDvidi representative the call abruptly ended when I asked where those requirements appeared on the website, and in another conversation I was told that other staff were not properly trained. MEDvidi also required full payment upfront when I booked my appointment, but I did not even receive a receipt at first. I had to send multiple emails and make a phone call over about two weeks, before I eventually received billing documentation in the form of a "superbill" that I believe is inaccurate. I have also not received a refund despite asking for one. I am also concerned that MEDvidi provides services to people dealing with serious mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, but their somewhat hidden AI disclosure states that: “Users should be aware that they are communicating with an automated system and not a human representative.” I am sharing this information because, in my experience, dealing with MEDvidi has been highly frustrating and stressful, taken substantial time and attention away from other important projects and deadlines, and I think others may want to consider that when deciding whether to use MEDvidi’s service.

I’ve been a patient for over 3 years. I had to switch providers for one month due to my normal provider being out of the office. This provider needs to lose her license. She sent my prescription incorrectly to Walgreens not once but FOUR times. This caused Walgreens to look into her further and flag her and my account. Instead of rectifying the issue and sending my prescription to another pharmacy she did nothing for another 4 days. Meanwhile she was continuing to see other patients. I have still yet to hear from anyone in management also.

Everyone that I dealt with was not great and made me wait hours just to tell me they are going to charge me $100 for something that shouldn’t be my fault. Elizabeth was the last person I talked to and she was great. She actually follow back up and did what she said she would. Which often is not the case with Medvidi. I’m very happy with her.
